We are a people-centered service that promotes independence by focusing on supporting individuals with Mental Health issues and/or disabilities. We foster a culture of community integration, skill development, and individual well-being by adopting a flexible, individualised approach.
Our Supported Living service for adults with Mental Health and learning disabilities in Kent enables individuals to live as independently as possible, in their own home and as a valued part of the local community. We can provide individually tailored support starting from just a couple of hours a week, increasing to 24 hours a day if needed.
The support we provide is led by you, giving you control over the service you receive and when you receive it. It could involve help to find a suitable home and manage your own tenancy, or it may be support with personal care tasks, daily living tasks or getting involved in your local community as a valued individual.
We are committed to promoting a comprehensive mental health care package in all our diverse services that centres around the individual. At Limesdale we believe that by working together, we can create a brighter, healthier future that changes lives and local communities.
We prioritise self-development and offer collaborative support, empowering individuals to build self-confidence and achieve improved emotional well-being on their transformative journey towards independence and recovery.
We offer short and long-term care along with immediate assistance. Everything is tailored and structured around the needs of each individual.
Our staff have a people centred approach and here to listen to, assist and support individuals to live as independently as possible.
We empower individuals toward independent living by providing support in the choices they make.
